- There is a cycle road between Ise and Matsugasaki, but I have not yet been able to find details of it
- From Matsugasaki onwards towards Nara by train (1:30h)
- From Kamoyama by train through Iga to Nara (about 2 h, one change of trains)
- From Ise to Nara (1:50h) or from Matsusaka to Nara (1:30 h)
- There is also a bicycle lane out on Shima Hanto, which I however have currently not taken into consideration:
